We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join Norgine.

The person holding this position will report to the Director – IT Lead and be a member of the IT team.

The core responsibility of the of IT Support Analyst is to be accountable for 1st / 2nd line support on all aspects of the IT infrastructure. The role will cover everything from desktop hardware/software through to the Server infrastructure for local areas.

This will be a permanent role and will require regular travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Additional IT project work will be required as part of this role, to provide technical knowledge and hands-on support to build, configure and document supporting IT infrastructure.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for all aspects of the IT infrastructure at regional level .
• Provide IT training when required
• Raise and track non stock IT purchasing in line with the approved budget and forecast and ensure the delivery of the IT orders.
• Ensure Service Desk incidents/request are resolved effectively and within the agreed SLA.
• Contribute to and follow all IT processes as required by IT Management
• Actively participate in local / global projects as required by IT Management
• Actively participate in process improvements activities either locally or globally as required by IT Management
• Actively participate in new hardware evaluation process
• Actively participate in Cyber security or other IT awareness sessions
• Actively participate or initiate best practice activities with IT colleagues from other teams as required by IT Management
• Build effective relationships with colleagues and the business to ensure effective IT service delivery.
• Responsible for the administration of AD accounts
• LAN / WAN support.
• Manage third party companies (maintenance and support).
• Frequent travel will be required in Europe
• Occasional out of hours working may be required as part of this role


Requirements

• Experience in IT/1st line support within an MS environment and with Apple devices

• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Fluent in German, Italian or Spanish
• Proven Project management experience and a knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of GxP, GAMP and regulatory guidelines is highly desirable.
• Good business process understanding to drive effectiveness and efficiency in all business processes.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Good analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Service orientation.
• Excellent people skills, ability to build effective relationships
• Ability to prioritize; time management skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Capable of working without supervision
• Motivated and enthusiastic
• A committed team player
• Experience on Microsoft environment like Active Directory, Azure AD, O365, InTune
• Skills on helpdesk troubleshooting
• Strong Knowledge on ServiceNow
