Manage IT project life cycles, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating teams and mitigating risks.
We are looking for passionate, multi-talented IT Project Managers who will be able to perform in a fast-paced environment, managing the life cycle of projects by continuous monitoring and documenting, managing multiple stakeholders and delivering high-quality projects within the relevant scope, on time and on budget. The candidates will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various sectors, to participate in complex projects as well as to interact with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and priorities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders and management.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors or partners.
- Act as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, clarifications, and escalations, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Account management & Business Development activities by taking advantage new opportunities within each client’s ecosystem
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience on Project Management roles and proven experience in managing the full life-cycle (all phases) of an IT project.
- Knowledge and experience with Waterfall and/or Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience in an Agile team role (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Tribe/Chapter Lead, Release Train Engineer) would be an additional asset although not a prerequisite.
- Prepare weekly status updates for the projects and inform project stakeholders
- Update project log and project artifacts (issues, risks, decisions, mitigation actions)
- Very good MS- Project and MS-Office skills; JIRA tool skills are desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Innovative and entrepreneurial character.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills in Greek and English.
