Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead a software development team supporting a key government customer. In this high impact role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a mission-critical software product.
In this position you will be required to:
- Collaborate with mission partners across Mission Centers and Directorates.
- Communicate with a wide range of audiences including Senior Leadership, Product Owner(s), Stakeholders, Project Managers, Developers, Designers, Users and other service partners.
- Be the focal point for the staff and contractor development team as well as the User Interface/User Experience team.
- Deliver support documentation related to procedures, guides and aides that support the project and its members and/or partners
- Provide briefing support to customer including the creating and maintaining roadmaps
- Support system accreditation efforts by working with partners and security, providing documentation as needed
- As the Scrum Master, work alongside system designers and development team to clarify requirements, translating them to Jira tickets (Milestones, MVIs, Epics, Stories, Tasks, Bugs).
- Author user and system requirements
- Create velocity plans
- Conduct Scrum rituals (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, etc...)
- Coordinate meetings, including organizing meeting minutes and action items
- Support the test team with testing user-based features and be able to recognize and articulate bugs/discrepancies.
- Develop best practices for managing the application/program
- Support ad hoc actions related to the project as requested by the customer

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of sixteen (16) year's relevant experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a related role.
- Strong technical literacy with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Proficiency with managing projects in Jira and Confluence (Milestones, MVIs, Epics, Stories, etc...)
- Proficient in Agile and Scrum Methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Provide risk and dependency management
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of customer access control policies
- Understanding of eCables ecosystem
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification
- Project Management Professional Certification
- Familiarity with AWS
- Experience in AI capabilities within customer space and/or commercial
