Qualifications:
- IT professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT (systems and support)
- Worked with SAAS software in the past (single sign on, oauth2, email setup, g suite, jumpcloud, Rippling)
- Extensive knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux environments and understand networking concepts
- Proven experience in leading technical projects and device management solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Service-oriented team player
Responsibilities:
- Be the front line of IT requests in the company
- Take ownership of new vendors and purchases
- Running regular checks on network and data security
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
- Conducting regular system audits
- Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
- Lead SOC-2 and ISO Process across the organization
- Support new employees with their equipment and software needs, including VPN access
- Manage all internal apps, licenses and purchases
- Manage all company laptops and devices
