Objectives
Provide a foundational understanding of IT support roles in a corporate environment.
Offer hands-on exposure through observation and basic participation in IT-related tasks.
Encourage learning and engagement with various aspects of IT operations and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Shadow IT team members as they carry out support, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
Observe how user support tickets are logged, managed, and resolved.
Assist with basic physical tasks such as:
Organising and labelling IT equipment.
Supporting with equipment setup in meeting rooms.
Managing inventory of IT assets (under supervision).
Attend team meetings and informal training sessions.
Learn about key areas such as networking, cybersecurity basics, and service desk procedures.

Ability to follow instructions and handle technical equipment responsibly.
Additional Information
A laptop and temporary user account will be provided for the duration of the experience.
Access will be limited to non-sensitive systems and platforms for training and participation purposes.
The intern will be closely supervised by a member of the IT team at all times.
A confidentiality agreement may be required before access is granted.
