As we grow our business, we are now looking for a new IT Infrastructure Operations Manager to take responsibility for local operational management of IT across the UK & Ireland and support wider European projects.

As IT Infrastructure Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the local operational management of IT across the UK & Ireland sites, with a particular focus on workplace and end-user IT support. You’ll lead the local team dedicated to these activities, ensuring operational continuity, service quality, and adherence to the standards and policies defined at Digital Technology European level.

With experience of working within an IT operations role (IT Service Desk or Managed Service Provider) and leading a team of IT support professionals, you’ll have extensive experience of offering multisite support, budget management, supplier management, and contract negotiation. You’ll have demonstrable Server and Network experience (VLAN, LAN and WAN technologies), Telephony experience (VOIP, ACD call centre systems) and a good knowledge of Microsoft products. You’ll have the willingness to travel across UK & Ireland sites (Birchwood, Bolton, Rugby) and European offices, supporting on a variety of Group wide initiatives and projects.

You’ll be based at our Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG) with hybrid working available (3 days office/2 days home).
