    • Automate joiner/mover/leaver workflows, SCIM provisioning, and role-based access controls.

    • Partner with security, engineering and infrastructure teams to implement least privilege, MFA, and audibility across services.

  • SaaS Engineering

    • Operate the technical management and integration of core SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, GitHub, and 1Password.

    • Continuously assess and enhance user engagement across tools, operational efficiency, and security posture throughout the tech stack.

  • AI & Automation

    • Identify and eliminate repetitive tasks through scripting, APIs, and low-code automation tools such as Zapier.

    • Assist in building small tools, bots, or dashboards integrating LLM tools securely to streamline onboarding, access requests and reporting.

Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and Mac endpoint management

  • Proficient in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, APIs, and tools such as Zapier or similar.

  • Detail-oriented with strong process documentation and change-management savvy

  • A builder’s mindset (creating repeatable, self-service, or AI-enhanced processes)

  • Familiarity with IAM best practices (least privilege, group-based access, audit logging)

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator in English with technical and non-technical team members

Nice to Have:

  • Contributed to maintaining secure infrastructure and processes aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other regulatory or industry security standards.

  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup

  • Practical experience administering and supporting Linux endpoints

  • Exposure to cloud access patterns (GCP, AWS)

  • Experience using Kandji and Crowdstrike
