We have an exciting opportunity for a IT Contracts / Supplier Manager to join Norgine.

The core responsibility of the of IT Contracts/Supplier Manager

The IT Contracts/Supplier Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all IT-related contracts and supplier relationships within the pharmaceutical company. This role ensures that all IT services and products are procured efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The manager will work closely with various departments to ensure that supplier performance meets the company's needs and expectations.

Requirements
  • Budget Management: Responsible for IT budget adherence, contract renewals and cost effective management in-line with Norgine’s Technology standards.
  • Licence utilisation: Responsible for reporting on utilisation levels and working with key stakeholders to optimise.
  • Contract Management: Develop, negotiate, and manage IT contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT suppliers, ensuring they meet performance and service level agreements.
  • Procurement: Oversee the procurement process for IT services and products, including the evaluation and selection of suppliers.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT contracts and supplier relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure all IT contracts and supplier activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, supplier performance, and procurement activities to senior management.
  • Business Services Collaboration: Work with Business Services providers to manage software utilization levels, contract renewals, and IT 3rd party spend.
  • Supplier Audits: Manage and, where required, audit suppliers in line with Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT contract management and supplier relationship management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with IT governance and risk management.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Office-based role with occasional travel to supplier sites and company locations.
  • Flexibility for remote work.
