Job Title: IT Business Analyst (Endur Specialist)
Location: Remote, based in London
Type of Position: Remote | Contractual
About the Job:
We are seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst with over 8 years of experience in Endur and a comprehensive understanding of the energy trading lifecycle. This role is focused on supporting the implementation and configuration of Endur in key energy markets, including crude, refined products, and biofuels. The ideal candidate will have experience in front, middle, or back office operations, along with a deep understanding of P&L, Greeks, and physical deal lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Endur, with a focus on versions beyond V15.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from front, middle, or back office functions.
  • Provide expertise in crude, refined products, and biofuels trading markets.
  • Configure Endur for deal modeling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting.
  • Work with derivative instruments (futures, swaps, options) for US and European markets.
  • Provide detailed reports on position/exposure, P&L, and Greeks.
  • Understand and support the physical deal lifecycle, including transit, storage, pipeline, and cargo operations.
  • Collaborate on Agile project initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams.


Must-Have:

  • 8+ years of IT Business Analyst experience with Endur.
  • Experience with Endur versions beyond V15.
  • Expertise in configuring Endur for deal modeling, invoicing, and risk management.
  • In-depth understanding of the crude, refined products, and biofuels markets.
  • Knowledge of derivative instruments in both US and European markets.
  • Strong understanding of physical deal lifecycles and operations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with a focus on Business, Finance, or IT.
  • Agile project experience.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Professional certification in Business Analysis.
  • Previous experience in configuring complex P&L, Greeks, and exposure reporting.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, Agile teams.
