Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced IT Business Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The IT Business Analyst role lies within the Europe IT team.
You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into Freya Dobrovsky. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders: you're constantly looking for improvement activities within Europe West technology!
What you'll do:

  • The role will participate in the planning and implementation of IT solutions to support desired outcomes across West EPDM.
  • The role will communicate and collaborate with many functions across the Kraft Heinz business, conducting meetings with stakeholders to understand business processes and desires. Their responsibilities include gathering and analysing business needs, then translating and interpreting these into actionable requirements and detailed user stories.
  • The role will work with third parties to develop and deploy technical solutions, based on business requirements, through agile sprints. They will anticipate areas for improvement, manage enhancement requests, assist with incident triage, and help with end-user support.
  • The candidate will support change management activities by assisting with development of training materials, training scenarios, documentation, communication and change impacts.
  • The candidate will be the main point of contact for business users to raise issues and enhancements of IT systems. They will formulate a ticket / user story and triage this to the correct product team, tracking the ticket until completion and liaising with the business on progress.
  • The right candidate will be an agent for change in the organization, willing to challenge the way in which we do things. They will provide guidance to internal business leads on IT solutions and be able to translate technical concepts into business terminology.
  • The candidate will partner with internal IT teams across the globe where required to ensure sound IT support.


What you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of IT management or project management experience with proven ability to complete projects & deliver results in an ambiguous, fast paced work environment.
  • Ideally experience in delivering solutions using Agile methodology.
  • Good leadership skills within the project team and in the business community.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve well communicated expectations.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience managing third party resources preferred.
  • Working knowledge of on-shore and off-shore application support management.
  • Proven skills to work effectively across internal functional areas in ambiguous situations.
  • Ideally a degree in business management, analytics, or IT/technical area.
