We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Administrator to join our Security & IT team. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of devices, services, and systems across the organisation. This role blends IT operations with a strong emphasis on scalability, automation, and security best practices. You’ll have the opportunity to define internal IT processes, support our global organisation, and partner with security engineers to keep our environment efficient and secure. What you'll be doingOwn end-to-end employee onboarding: device provisioning, configuration, and day-one readiness
Manage global IT inventory across regions: ensuring accurate tracking of all assets
Oversee device lifecycle: procurement, distribution, refresh, and decommissioning
Provide L1/L2 support for hardware: connectivity, and access issues across a distributed team
Administer MDM (macOS & Windows): enrollment, policies, compliance, and troubleshooting
Manage SaaS access: (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira), including onboarding/offboarding workflows
3–5 years of experience in IT support or IT operations, ideally in a remote or distributed environment
Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune)
Experience managing IT hardware and logistics across multiple locations or countries
Familiarity with SaaS user provisioning (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, etc.)
Solid understanding of basic networking (WiFi, VPN, DNS) and structured IT processes
