• Manage the ISA transfer process, inbound and outbound settlement.

• Assist and train customer care to handle ISA enquiries.

• Chase counterparties to speed up pending or slow transfers.

• Escalate ISA issues and ensure they’re resolved.

• Assist the product team with ISA-related product improvements.

• Collaborate with trading operations, compliance, and IT teams on ISA-related matters.

• Document and review ISA transfer metrics.

• Minimum 1 year of experience with ISA products.
