Job Description

We are looking for a IP Admin Analyst to join our TM IP Admin Team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about the IP industry. You would be reporting to the Team Manager. We would love to speak with you if you you’re interested in learning more about the magnificent industry of intellectual property.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

  • Minimum C1 level of English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

It would be great if you also had . . .  

  • 1 year of experience in relevant IP field
  • Paralegal qualification, IP training/certificates or equivalent are considered as a bonus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and capability to focus on completing tasks and assignments under pressure with precision

What will you be doing in this role? 

  • Assisting counsels on prosecution of Patent/Trademark/Design applications/registrations before the local/international IPOs or responsible authorities directly or through the outside counsels
  • Conveying and drafting instructions to foreign counsel related to Patent/Trademark/Design matters; supervising outside counsel to assure deadlines are met
  • Maintenance of internal database; Creating portfolio status charts; creating Patent/Trademark/Design portfolio reports
  • Creating summaries and periodic status reports of Patent/Trademark/Design matters for clients; Upgrading on procedures and modifications in applicable laws plus regulations in International IP offices; Issuing invoices and reviewing outside counsel invoices for accuracy

About the Team   

TM IP Admin Team (within the wider Operations team) is responsible performing Patent/Trademark operational tasks with assistance and under supervision from other paralegals and senior team members. This team is also focused on fulfilling Patent/Trademark operational tasks as requested in most areas of Patent/Trademark prosecution (applications, registrations, recordals and renewals) based on defined workflow and Standard Operating Procedures.

Hours of work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
