We're looking for an iOS engineer to join Core Experience, and the team called Fandango which is responsible for delivering mobile experiences for all things Music pages. Our mission is to create a winning core user experience for listeners and fans to evaluate and engage with music, deepening our users’ connections to music. We do that by building the best pages for artists, albums, tracks and countdowns for users to really get into. We’re using a modern, composable tech stack and own some of the most used pages within the app.

In this team, you will help us design scalable, extensible, and content-agnostic features that can potentially be used for other content types in the future (e.g. podcasts, audiobooks).

You will work in a cross functional team with Design and Product, as well as participate in architecture discussions across other disciplines (Android, Backend); collaborate on RFCs, and work with teams across other PAs and Studios.

What You'll Do

  • Work on a cutting edge iOS app that brings the joy of music to millions of users.
  • Collaborate closely with other engineers, designers and product managers.
  • Write clear, maintainable code that will scale across a number of projects and distributed development teams.
  • Take ownership of feature development across the whole development lifecycle.
  • Become a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team.

Who You Are

  • You know how to write readable, idiomatic and maintainable Swift and are willing to follow already defined coding guidelines and workflows.
  • You are experienced with a variety of iOS frameworks.
  • You have a deep understanding of design patterns for iOS development and API design.
  • You care about quality and you know what it means to ship high quality code.
  • Values team success over personal success.

Where You'll Be

  • This role is based in Stockholm or London.
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
