Position Title: Director of European & UK Investor Relations

Summary/Overview:

KBRA is seeking a Director level candidate to join its Investor Relations department, focusing on European investors. The Investor Relations team is responsible for building new and maintaining existing relationships with buy side market constituents.  The position will be based in KBRA’s Dublin or London office. 

Key Job Requirements:

  • Develop investor target list including active buyers across European Structured Finance, Corporates, Banks, Project Finance and other relative markets
  • Coordinate investor outreach activity including one on one meetings, conference calls and KBRA events
  • Continue to identify new investors and anchor investors for each asset class to build relationships with
  • Create and maintain presentations for outreach meetings and calls
  • Develop marketing email campaigns containing research and other topical information related to investor interest
  • Contribute investor feedback and market themes into the various business lines
  • Contribute towards thought leadership pieces and regular research updates to the investor sector
  • Attend Marketing events/industry conferences
  • Understand the KBRA difference and articulate the KBRA message to clients

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or approximately 7-10 years relevant work experience in finance
  • Good understanding of the regulatory environment for insurance / bank investors
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CRM platforms required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to efficiently juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Be able to work independently and take initiative in role
  • Self-starter and an ability to manage time and resources in a fast-growing company.
  • Comfortable in a multinational environment.
  • Willing and able to travel freely around the EU and UK.
  • Flexible with regards to participating in meetings at non-standard hours to meet deliverables.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages a plus.
