Investor Relations Associate

We are seeking a highly driven Investor Relations Associate to join our dynamic coverage team at Moonfare in the UK. In this role, you will work directly with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-high-net-worth investors (UHNWIs), and family offices, delivering actionable insights and tailored guidance to help them achieve their financial objectives.

You will take ownership of meaningful client relationships, playing a pivotal role in driving engagement, deepening investor conviction, and contributing directly to revenue generation and business growth. This is a highly visible, client-facing position where your ability to combine market expertise with commercial acumen will have a tangible impact.

As part of a fast-growing fintech redefining access to private markets, you will be at the forefront of a structural shift in how investors allocate capital, leveraging Moonfare’s digital platform to provide streamlined access to top-tier private equity, venture capital, and other alternative investment opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by ownership, pace, and impact.

You will:

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, and family offices, delivering a best-in-class client experience
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients by providing insights, education, and guidance on private markets investments and portfolio construction
  • Support and execute private equity fundraising initiatives, including investor outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management
  • Take a proactive role in investor portfolio management, including portfolio reviews and identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Identify and act on opportunities to contribute to revenue growth, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Prepare high-quality client materials, including investment memos, reports, portfolio updates, and presentations
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams to enhance the investor experience

The next Moonfarian:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investor relations, private markets, wealth management, or financial services
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential
  • Understanding of private markets (private equity, venture capital, alternatives) and portfolio construction principles
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of contributing to revenue growth or client expansion
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

If you feel you do not meet all of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply!

  • We are here to win and to celebrate our collective achievements - Win together. We are mission-focused and think and act like owners. We exemplify the attitude we expect and each of us commits to do what it takes to succeed.
  • We foster personal growth but each of us earns our place as a Moonfarian through merit - Growth and Merit. We hire, retain, and develop exceptional people and invest in empowering them to excel. We must all earn our place at the table every day.
