The Analyst will support marketing materials, investor reporting, and due diligence in private credit, while collaborating with various teams to maintain investor relations.
We are hiring an Analyst to join our Partner Solutions Group (PSG), at the centre of Hayfin’s capital formation and investor engagement activities.
You will support the team in delivering marketing materials, investor reporting and due diligence responses, while working closely with Product Strategy and collaborating with colleagues across PSG to help maintain and develop institutional investor relationships.
The role provides hands-on exposure to fundraising, product development and client interaction, offering an excellent platform to build expertise in private credit.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing and due diligence materials, including pitch books, PPMs and DDQs, maintaining a consistently high standard of quality and accuracy
- Build a strong understanding of Hayfin’s strategies, investments and market positioning to support effective investor communication
- Support fundraising processes end-to-end, coordinating inputs across teams and ensuring timely delivery against key milestones
- Produce clear, well-structured analysis on fund structures, investor requirements and market dynamics to inform product positioning
- Partner closely with investment, legal, finance and operations teams to deliver accurate and commercially relevant client materials
- Support the delivery of investor communications, including responses to due diligence and ad hoc information requests, in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Experience in private markets, investment banking, asset management or a related field (From internships and/or a permanent position)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and numerical ability - including proficiency in Excel
- Interest in financial markets and investor relations
- Relevant educational background (e.g. Bachelors/Masters in Finance, Economics or Business)
- Preferred - Exposure to private credit or alternative investments
- Preferred - Experience supporting marketing, fundraising or client-facing activity
- Preferred - Available to start in April/May
