  • Coordinate with Client Relationship teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of investment and portfolio data
  • Liaise closely with all members of Mercer’s Investment teams (Portfolio Management, Risk, Strategy, Portfolio Insights, ) and manager research teams for the development and delivery of optimal solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Mercer’s Investment, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams, to oversee the implementation of client solutions and foster cross-business relationships.

What you need to have:

  • Approximately 3 or more years of experience in an investment environment
  • A strong undergraduate or postgraduate degree majoring in Accounting, Actuarial Studies, Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Science or similar discipline is essential.
  • Understanding of institutional investors’ strategies.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in investment writing preferred.
  • Solid understanding of investments and related issues.
  • Ability to work effectively within a small, dynamic team while managing individual tasks and projects.
  • High attention to detail with an understanding of its relevance to the broader context.

What makes you stand out:

  • Further such as CFA, qualifications (partly or fully completed) CAIA, Actuarial qualifications or a relevant Master’s degree is highly desirable

Why join our team:

  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
