Investment Marketing Executive

We're looking for an Investment Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Mattioli Woods, working across MWIM, iBOSS, KWIM and Maven. You'll create clear, compelling investment content that helps advisers have better conversations and clients make more informed decisions - translating complex investment thinking into materials that are accurate, accessible and engaging.

You don't need a background in financial services. You do need strong writing skills, a sharp eye for detail and a genuine curiosity about how investment markets work.

What we're looking for:

• strong written communication skills - able to simplify technical concepts without losing accuracy

• exceptional attention to detail, particularly with numbers, charts and technical wording

• a creative instinct and understanding of audience engagement - knowing how to shape content that captures attention and resonates

• excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and version-controlled documents simultaneously

• a proactive, curious mindset - eager to learn about investments, fund propositions and financial markets, and always looking for ways to improve

• a collaborative approach, comfortable working across investment teams, Channel Marketing, PR and Social Media

• composure under pressure - able to handle reporting cycles and fast-moving market moments professionally

Financial services experience is a bonus, but strong marketing fundamentals and a creative mindset matter more.

What you'll do:

• create investment marketing materials including factsheets, brochures, pitch decks, infographics and videos

• draft clear, client-friendly content under guidance from the Investment Marketing Manager

• assist with regular investment communications including fund-change notices and market commentary

• prepare data tables, charts and summaries from investment platforms with a high level of accuracy

• support multi-channel campaigns including emails, social content briefs and adviser toolkits

• prepare content for investment-led events and webinars — slides, scripts and supporting materials

• coordinate event logistics including registrations and follow-up communications

• maintain investment content libraries with accurate version control and filing

• assist with compliance review processes and approval channels

• track engagement metrics including adviser usage, content downloads and campaign performance
