We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Executive Assistant Intern to join our dynamic and fast-paced Investment Team. This will be a full-time 12 month internship based in our London office. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in e-commerce, technology, and related businesses, a passion for solving business problems, and a strategic growth mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant role is important to ensuring the smooth operations of the Investments team, you will become a key part of the team’s success whilst learning from experienced Finance professionals. We’re seeking someone who can exceed expectations in providing exceptional administrative support to the daily operations of the Investment team, responsibiites include:

Administrative Support:

- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings

- Organise travel arrangements

- Provide general administrative assistance to support the team’s daily operations

 

Communication Coordination:

- Act as the central point of contact for the team, handling emails and correspondence

- Ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders

 

Internal Processes & Documentation support:

- Coordinate with external service providers regarding various databases the team uses

- Process expense reports and reimbursements

- Support other internal administrative processes, e.g. documentation and coordination on contracts with third party service providers

 

News & Research support:

- Track news and key developments in sectors and companies the team is analysing

- Support the team on research and data gathering for day-to-day investment work

 

Qualifications:

- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English

- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, with an anticipated graduation date between September 2024 and October 2025

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
