Investment and Product Content Manager

Join us as an Investment and Product Content Manager

• You’ll work in a newly-created specialist role within our Investment Content team – part of the Investment Products & Services (IP&S) team
• You’ll help to build and populate a new content programme for investment and product content
• We’ll look to you to author high quality investment and product content, articulating our evolving offering and bridging the gap between investment and advisory teams
• You’ll collaborate with important stakeholders, including the IP&S Investment Strategy team and client advisory teams
• This is a high-profile role, which will see you developing a network across senior levels of the bank with room for professional growth

What you'll do

In partnership with the Investment Content Lead and other relevant stakeholders, you’ll develop a content architecture that is intentionally designed and driven by business and client objectives.

You’ll also be:

• Developing high-quality written internal and external content, including research notes, product primers, buy list updates, educational pieces, thought leadership, and product development news
• Supporting pitchbook creation and pitchbook strategy, in partnership with our Marketing team
• Contributing to process design, ensuring the timely, compliant, and accurate dissemination of content, with appropriate guardrails and controls
• Contributing to the publication of architecture design, ensuring publications are tailored to audience and business needs, with each publication fulfilling a clear purpose or objective

To excel in this role, you’ll need experience authoring investment content which provides informative support to colleagues and demonstrates detailed product knowledge. We’ll expect you to have a strong familiarity with both investment products and multi-asset investing. Ideally, you will have gained this experience within a wealth management context and you will preferably hold relevant qualifications, such as CFA or IMC.

You’ll also need:

• The ability to distil complex information and summarise key views into clear, engaging, and informative content
• Good interpersonal skills to interface with a range of critical stakeholders, such as Investment Strategy, Client Investment and Marketing teams
• Strong understanding of asset allocation processes, and the dynamics of a wide range of asset classes, including private markets
• Good project management skills with an unwavering commitment to meeting deadlines while delivering high quality work
• A robust risk management mindset with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and reputational risk
