We are seeking a talented, driven and ambitious Analyst to join our Growth Equity investment team in Europe. As a Growth Equity Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and analysing potential investment opportunities in high-growth companies across various sectors within B2B SaaS. You will work closely with our global investment team, conducting due diligence, financial modelling, and market research to identify promising investment prospects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global growth-stage fund and work alongside our global team, gain significant international investment experience and a strong foothold in the European VC ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source new deal opportunities and engage in all aspects of the investment process
  • Perform market research to help identify new investment trends and opportunities
  • Conduct due diligence processes for new investment opportunities
  • Perform extensive financial analysis
  • Develop presentation materials and internal investment memos

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
  • 1+ years of work experience in top tier Investment Bank, Venture Capital, Private Equity or Hedge Fund
  • Strong networker with a proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Outstanding analytical and technical skills, strategic thinking, and exceptional attention to details
  • Ability to work through numbers and deliver insights in well-organized presentations
  • Solid understanding of valuation techniques and financial statement analysis
  • Industry knowledge and technical understanding, particularly in B2B software
  • Ability to work efficiently in a global and diverse setting
  • Confident and positive, results driven, high energy with strong ability to learn
  • A genuine passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and growth capital
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
