Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Intern Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of decentralized finance (DeFi) and tokenized investments. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on a fast-growing product while gaining experience in defining product requirements, engaging with customers, and tracking key user metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Requirements & Documentation: Work closely with the product team to write detailed product requirements for new DeFi features, ensuring clarity and alignment with engineering teams.
- Customer Testing & Feedback: Participate in user testing sessions, gather insights from real customers, and help translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
- User Engagement & Metrics: Analyse user behaviour and engagement data to identify trends, measure feature success, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders—including engineering, marketing, compliance, and investor relations—to gather requirements and align priorities.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about the latest trends in DeFi, real estate tokenisation, and digital investments, helping the team refine its strategy.
- Support Product Roadmap Execution: Assist in managing product timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring seamless feature rollouts.
What We’re Looking For

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear product documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and tokenised assets is a plus.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, or analytics platforms is a bonus.
