- Contribute to device characterization and modeling for next generation NAND technologies.
- Define and execute new test flows to measure critical array electrical characteristics and define automatic electrical monitors for volume production.
- Understand NAND cell physics and array-devices operations algorithms, performance and reliability requirements.
- Build physical models of new cells array electrical evidence collaborating with TCAD team.
- Have cross-functional interactions to address device/array deficiencies with design/process/device teams.
- Contribute to performance projections for next generation NAND technologies, based on data modeling, to grant competitiveness.
- Generate detailed reports and documentation of the activity with structured summaries for engineer review.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree (currently pursuing or recently graduated) in Electronics Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics and processes.
- Good understanding of simple CMOS circuits.
- Good understanding of statistics.
- Coding skills to create and run automated test flows to characterize and model array properties. Typical platform/languages: Python, JMP.
- Problem solving and driving for results attitude.
- A strong attitude to work on cross-functional teams
- Solid communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of or experience with NAND memories.
- Attitude to utilize artificial intelligence.
