We are looking for a highly collaborative and delivery-focused International Web Manager to join our Marketing team on a 6-month fixed term contract. Applicants must be available for a short notice start and able to commit to the contract period of 6 months.
This is an international role responsible for leading web transformation initiatives across multiple regions (EU, APAC), including site migrations, agency management, and the rollout of new brand experiences.
You will play a key role in optimising and scaling our International web presence, ensuring consistency, performance, and alignment with business goals across markets.

How you’ll make an impact
Lead and deliver international website migration projects across multiple regions and languages
Manage and coordinate external agencies (e.g. SEO, development, content) to deliver against roadmap priorities
Support the rollout of new company branding across international web properties, ensuring consistency and quality
Own and optimise the end-to-end web experience, improving performance, UX, and conversion alongside WEX Product Team
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Development teams to deliver integrated digital journeys
Identify and resolve web, UX, and technical challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
Drive continuous improvement through testing (A/B testing, CRO) and performance analysis
Ensure best practice governance across content, SEO, accessibility, and site performance
Support BAU web updates and prioritisation across multiple stakeholders and regions
Align web strategy to broader business revenue objectives
Experience you’ll bring
Proven experience in a web, digital, or marketing role within an international or multi-market business
Strong experience delivering website migrations or large-scale web projects
Experience managing agencies and third-party partners
Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
Experience working in fast-paced, transformation environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and digital performance optimisation
Experience working on International brand rollouts or replatforming initiatives
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery environments
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B environments
