Description:
We are looking for an International Relations Commercial Coordinator at Relum, one of the Digitain Group companies.
The Commercial Coordinator shall be responsible for establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with potential and existing providers, negotiating contracts, researching and integrating providers, as well as effectively managing ongoing commercial relationships. They shall act as a proactive and analytical partner, supporting the Company's profitability and development strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze the market in order to identify and evaluate new providers
- Organize and spearhead contractual and legal processes, including signing contracts and developing additional agreements
- Negotiate commercial and contractual provisions to ensure the most profitable cooperation
- Manage existing contracts and monitor their compliance, ensuring seamless cooperation with the stakeholder departments
- Organize the technical and commercial integration processes of providers
- Analyze the pricing offers of competing providers and draft comparative reports
- Establish and maintain purchasing and sales policies, as well as a provider database
- Analyze income and expenses, prepare substantiated proposals and forecasts
- Prepare and submit monthly and weekly reports to the management
- Organize thematic meetings and events to strengthen relations with providers
- Engage in the process of organizing and participating in international expos, conferences and forums
- Resolve issues that arise with providers and act as the Company's representative within the scope of external relations
- Prepare demos and presentations on current and potential collaborations with providers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the Commercial, Supply Chain or Business Development fields
- Proficiency of MS Office, Jira, CRM systems
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, alongside the experience of working with different cultures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strategic thinking and business orientation
- Experience working with legal, commercial and technical documents
- Analytical thinking and reporting skills
- Experience in managing diverse projects within deadlines
- Ability to react quickly to situations and work effectively under pressure
- Keen attention to detail and ability to make practical decisions
