Tasks
What you will do
As an International Recruiter Intern, you will support the team with:
* Screening and reviewing candidate applications
* Contacting candidates by email, phone or WhatsApp
* Matching candidates with suitable international job opportunities
* Helping candidates understand the recruitment process and relocation options
* Updating candidate information in our CRM
* Supporting the team with follow-ups and recruitment pipelines
* Posting and updating job offers on City Job Offers and partner platforms
* Assisting with basic market research and candidate sourcing
* Collaborating with the marketing team to improve candidate attraction
Requirements
You are a good fit if you:
* Are currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, International Relations or a related field
* Are interested in recruitment and international job markets
* Have strong communication skills
* Are organised and proactive
* Feel comfortable working with online tools, spreadsheets and CRM systems
* Have a positive and candidate-focused attitude
* Speak fluent English
* Speak another European language such as German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish — this is a plus
Previous recruitment experience is not required. We value motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn.
