About Grenade
Grenade is a market leading international active nutrition and lifestyle brand, which has grown rapidly since its launch in 2010. Driven by its strong branding, distinctive products and highly innovative approach, Grenade has made an explosive impact in the FMCG Industry.
Reporting to Head of Product and working closely with Product, Marketing and Commercial Teams, your role is to inform international product strategy and own product roadmaps for international territories, founded in insight. Alongside project managers, you will be at the centre of bringing products to market, managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful launches.
As expert in the product range and with a clear understanding of customer needs, market, and business objectives, you will look to inspire teams across the business to believe in and be aligned to the product strategy. To support this function, you will have a detailed understanding of product features, USPs and specifications of the Grenade range, as well as competitor products within the categories in which Grenade operate.
How you will contribute

  • Working with wider Product Managers who own the central strategy and roadmaps with a focus on adapting roadmaps for international markets, balancing global consistency with local needs.
  • Responsible for: Innovation, Renovation, Geo-expansion across key international markets.
  • Creating and maintaining short, medium, and long-term international product roadmaps, prioritizing innovation and renovation based on strategic importance, market demand, and customer feedback. Aligning plans to overall business goals and market-specific needs.
  • Work closely with wider marketing, commercial and local teams to build, review and align on strategy, roadmap, and implementation by region.
  • Working with Brand Managers on regional development and go-to-marketing strategy of projects, with appropriate handovers in place for execution.
  • Bringing product to market through working with Project Managers as Project Owner for Geo-Expansion of SKUs, including market specific adaptations / localization needs for key international markets / compliance / language / cultural differences.
  • Ready-to-sell, working with Marketing and Project Management to ensure best-in-class product launches occur, aligned to strategy.
  • Working with Category and Marketing teams to understand key competitors by territory and Grenade's product position in the market.
  • Working with Grenade and external Product Development teams to innovate, brainstorm, discover and develop product.
  • Communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams within Grenade and Mondelez to ensure successful implementation of products, ensuring local teams aligned with central plans.
  • Facilitate continual feedback loop from international customers on areas of improvement.
  • Strong independent time management due to time zone differences.
  • This role includes one direct report.

  • Proven experience managing projects, with experience managing international or multi-country projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage virtual, cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in other languages considered a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and resource allocation.
  • Ability to thrive in complex and dynamic environments.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Culturally aware and sensitive, with the ability to adapt communication and leadership styles to different cultural environments.
  • Resilient and able to manage stress in high-pressure situations.
