Who We’re Looking For:

The International Product Education Manager will own internal product education and external partner training across Therabody’s international markets. This role is responsible for building, delivering, and continuously evolving a comprehensive product education ecosystem including live, virtual, and digital learning solutions.

Working cross-functionally, the role will collaborate closely with the International Product team and Global Education team, supporting the development and implementation of Therabody’s online training portal and global education strategy. This position serves as a key connector between product, education, and international commercial teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Be a leading source of product knowledge for the Therabody International team leading product education with internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop a best-in-class product education toolkit that elevates cross-functional product knowledge across Therabody’s international markets.
  • Partner with the Global Education leadership to build, manage, and optimize online training portal for external partners.
  • Lead recurring international education workshops to upskill internal teams across Therabody devices, accessories, and digital ecosystem
  • Support international sales teams through external training on new and existing product ranges with international distributors, key retailers and fitness & wellness facility operators.
  • Manage the relationship with third-party agencies to support the delivery of product education and brand-building activations at key retailers and industry events.
  • Translate the future innovation roadmap into compelling NPI sell-in decks in partnership with international product and marketing teams.
  • Build and maintain a centralized product and customer feedback repository, serving as a single source of truth for user insights, feature requests, and bug reporting.
  • Support the International Product Manager with day-to-day product-related queries.

The Right Person Would Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Sport, Health or Exercise Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience leading product and/or industry education within fitness, wellness, or consumer technology environments. Experience in retail and B2B settings is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex product concepts into engaging, accessible learning experiences.
  • Strong wellness product and industry knowledge, with a solid understanding of wellness technology fundamentals.
  • Experience delivering both in-person (store-based) and virtual training programs.
  • Strong capabilities in creating compelling digital education content, including video, online modules, toolkits, and digital presentations.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
  • A passion for wellness and an understanding of global cultural nuances is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally across the UK and internationally.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
