Join Our Team as an International Partnerships

Business Development Manager – Drive Global Growth and Strategic Relationships!

Are you passionate about building international partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing revenue? We are looking for a talented International Partnerships Business Development Manager to join our International Partnerships Management team within the broader Sales function. The focus of this person will be on adquisition of new partnerships in the finance or Credit Card sector providing their customers with access to our product inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic international partners, serving as the primary point of contact to nurture and grow these relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities in global markets with primary focus on the finance, credit card and banking sector.
  • Develop compelling business proposals and presentations to engage and secure potential international collaborators.
  • Assist in the negotiation of partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate the internal execution of partnership initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments and drive results.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of partnerships, identify areas for improvement, and ensure local objectives are achieved.
  • Work to optimize partnership profitability and revenue by proactively addressing challenges and leveraging opportunities.
  • Independently manage client relationships, handle complex bids, and deliver on revenue targets in line with career-level sales expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A driven sales professional with a track record of independently managing key accounts and delivering business growth with preference in the financial and credit card sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic proposals with preference in the financial and credit card sector.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining international relationships and navigating cross-cultural business environments.
  • Confident in negotiating agreements and managing complex partnership arrangements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and implement effective solutions.

Ideal Experience

  • Proven 7 years of experience in key account management, preferably within international partnerships or business development. With financials or credit card record preferably.
  • Background in sales, client relationship management, or similar roles with a focus on international markets.
  • Experience managing complex bids and achieving revenue targets.
  • Previous involvement in negotiating partnership or franchise agreements is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in assessing partnership performance.
  • Excellent knowledge of microsoft package, excel and power point.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability for working in diverse international settings.
