The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of marketing and commercial experience in the medical device industry—ideally within medium to large companies—but will thrive in HeartFlow’s fast-paced, startup-like culture. We’re looking for a hands on marketer who can help drive growth, orchestrate major congresses and campaigns, and energize both physicians and internal teams with creative, impactful programs.

This is an exciting opportunity to elevate HeartFlow’s brand, accelerate market adoption, and position the company as a leader in cardiovascular innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Engagement & Brand Presence
  • Design and deliver a bold customer engagement roadmap across the EMEA region, ensuring HeartFlow stands out at congresses, workshops, and regional events.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of congress participation, including booth strategy, faculty partnerships, vendor management, and flawless on-site execution.
  • Drive compelling storytelling through impactful promotional materials, campaigns, and congress activations that resonate with physicians and decision-makers.
  1. Strategic Marketing & Content Development
  • Lead creation of marketing campaigns, digital and print assets, and customer-facing content that support business growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to build campaigns that generate buzz, capture attention, and strengthen HeartFlow’s positioning.
  • Explore innovative channels, partnerships, and engagement strategies to expand HeartFlow’s reach and influence in the market.
  1. Physician Engagement & Programs
  • Design and execute regional programs—such as workshops, dinner meetings, and training initiatives—that deepen physician engagement and support adoption.
  • Work closely with distributors and sales teams to identify priority markets and deliver programs that drive measurable impact.
  • Ensure seamless alignment with global strategies, leveraging best practices while tailoring initiatives for local relevance.
  1. Internal Enablement & Collaboration
  • Develop engaging training for internal teams to sharpen their storytelling and strengthen their ability to communicate HeartFlow’s value proposition.
  • Partner cross-functionally (marketing, sales, medical, operations) to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
  1. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Build strong partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and booth builders, ensuring brand consistency and cost-effective execution.
  • Act as a trusted partner to distributors and regional sales teams, supporting their marketing and engagement efforts.
  1. Performance & Insights
  • Establish clear KPIs to measure success of marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Track ROI of congresses, programs, and campaigns, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
  • Manage budgets effectively, balancing creativity with business discipline.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in medical device marketing or commercial roles, ideally in EMEA markets, coming from cardiology.
  • Previous roles marketing cardiology products in structured companies (Medtronic/ Abbott/ BSX, etc.. )
  • Proven success managing congresses, campaigns, and customer engagement programs that deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong commercial mindset: able to link marketing strategies directly to adoption and revenue growth.
  • Creative storyteller with exceptional communication skills, capable of inspiring both physicians and internal teams.
  • Experience working with distributors and regional markets; comfortable navigating complexity in fast-growing geographies.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a startup-like environment.
  • Fluent in English
