We’re looking for an International Marketing Manager with hands-on experience executing regional marketing strategies across multiple EMEA and APAC markets. This person will play a key role in growing our brand presence and supporting business growth in high-priority international regions.

As part of the global marketing team, the role will report to the Director of International Marketing and work closely with regional sales leads and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and creative marketing initiatives for Samba’s fast-growing international markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist the Director of International Marketing in planning, executing and tracking integrated marketing plans across multiple markets, including events, communications, product marketing, and demand generation.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales and cross-functional teams to stay aligned on business goals, market needs, and priorities.
  • Deliver marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive demand, engage target audiences, generate leads, and support pipeline growth.
  • Manage Samba’s presence at industry, agency, and Samba-hosted events — leading event production, coordination, and content with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to comms and thought leadership efforts, including press releases, articles, speaking opportunities, panel preparation, and awards submissions.
  • Create localised marketing collateral (e.g. slides, one-pagers, case studies) that ensures messaging is accurate, impactful, and tailored to each market.
  • Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing activities, using insights to improve performance and guide future planning.
  • Stay up to date on regional industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to help shape and refine marketing strategies.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the media and adtech sector, with experience collaborating with agencies, brands, platforms, and publishers
  • Strong generalist marketer, creative thinker, and clear communicator with hands-on experience across events, product marketing, PR, thought leadership, and demand generation
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex requests, ask the right questions, and deliver locally relevant messaging and marketing projects
  • Proactive and collaborative, with experience working across cross-functional teams in multiple regions to achieve alignment and results
  • Organised self-starter who can prioritise, adapt quickly, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled storyteller and writer who can translate media insights and industry trends into effective marketing messages
  • Strong track record of setting clear goals, managing timelines, and measuring progress against ambitious KPIs
  • Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce, with experience managing the full lead generation cycle — from database management to email campaigns and performance tracking
  • Second language such as German, French, or Spanish is preferred but not required
