Job DescriptionYour responsibilities:
- Own digital marketing analytics for InPost's international markets, supporting paid media and web analytics performance.
- Analyze performance marketing data using advanced SQL and Python to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Act as a consulting partner to markets: proactively interpret data, challenge assumptions, and recommend campaign optimizations.
- Translate high-level business questions into deep-dive analyses that go beyond basic reporting.
- Define KPIs, methodologies, and analytical standards for a newly created international digital analytics function.
- Ensure strong data quality and consistency across digital data sources.
- Proven experience in digital / performance marketing analytics (paid media, web analytics, campaign measurement).
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis with strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Databricks, Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of cookie consent and privacy frameworks.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, GA4).
- Experience working in an international, multi-market environment.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and consult stakeholders.
- Very good English and Polish communication skills (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with automated Power BI dashboards and reporting.
- Experience with Adjust.
- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with server-side tracking.
- Experience with heatmap and behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity).
- Knowledge of media platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, DV360, Adform, TikTok.
