Job Description
The Firmwide Impact Marketing & Communications Team (FIMC) is leading JPMorgan Chase's strategic approach to proactively telling a sustained and coordinated story about its business and community impact across the world. The global team includes Corporate Marketing and external communications for Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, and Human Resources and coordinates with the firm's major lines of business to communicate marquis community investments, public policy engagement, DEI strategy, and broader impact communications.
As an International Impact Marketing & Communications Lead (APAC), Firmwide Impact Marketing & Communications- Vice President on the Firmwide Impact Marketing and Communications team, you will lead end-to-end development and execution of marketing efforts aimed at improving JPMorgan Chase's brand reputation amongst key audiences in APAC and potential additional global markets as team expands. You will report to the Head of International Firmwide Impact Marketing and work with a team of global marketing and communications professionals to bring to life the firm's efforts driving economic growth in the communities in which we operate. You will have a self-starter mentality and possess strong analytical, strategic, verbal and written communications skills. You will be a natural driver of collaboration, with robust experience bringing multiple partners together to define and achieve common goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities

  • Understand brand reputation drivers, audience priorities, competitive landscape, and market/industry elements with implications to FIMC's objectives and efforts.
  • Work with FIMC Communications/PR colleagues to deliver articulation of project objectives, challenges, relevant insights, messaging priorities, and proposed direction/plans.
  • Create inspiring creative, research and media briefs informed by broader strategy - serve as key connector and integrator across practices.
  • Develop and implement holistic measurement and optimization approach, working with partners to interpret and package results and incorporate learnings.
  • Partner with internal Brand/Media/Insights teams and external vendors to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and creative content development across paid and owned channels.
  • Serve as overall end-to-end project manager and lead of defined area and projects.
  • Set and manage holistic timelines, collaboration with legal/compliance, budget and other operational needs.
  • Drive day-to-day delivery of tactical plans, determine and drive necessary meetings/work sessions and cadence for leadership updates.
  • Serve as the marketing key point of contact for business partners and key stakeholders.
  • Develop curated "roadshow" decks for socialization and alignment of strategy, plans, and results.
  • Inspire synergy with cross-international workstreams and broader FIMC connection points.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Relevant experience in marketing strategy development and execution, consulting, or other similar role.
  • Demonstrated career experience in integrated strategy development / execution - involving channel and communications planning, content strategy and full-funnel paid media planning.
  • Familiarity with overall creative development process, with working knowledge of Marketing channel specific creative strategies and solutions, across video, social, digital, and sponsorship/experiential activations.
  • Demonstration of successful Agency or Content Partner engagement experience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, gather and analyze data, obtain consensus and implement change.
  • Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities. Must be self-directed, proactive, high energy, detail and results-oriented.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with team members across business and staff areas at all levels - achieving goals without direct control over all resources.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills, including the ability to synthesize "the story" for executive-level audiences and adjust communication and style based on different audiences and agendas.
  • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Preferred experience in Impact/Brand Reputation marketing, B2G marketing, public affairs, or other similar focus areas.
