Job Title: International Benefits Communications Intern

- Must be a second-year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2026

The Challenge
The International Benefits Intern role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at a highly successful multinational interactive entertainment company. This person will support the benefits function as they administer, communicate and deliver a wide range of valuable benefits for over 7,000 employees in 25 countries outside North America. The opportunity to make an impact is huge, with the need to be agile, engaging, collaborative and inquisitive essential to providing quality support around our employee-facing benefits communications and our HR systems and tools.
What You’ll Take On

- Support with benefits communications:
- Maintain benefits content in network folders, on intranet, and in various systems:
- Track, maintain, collate and classify materials
- Update new content when appropriate, ensure consistent naming conventions, add/review meta-tags, test new functionality
- Create Workday user guides
- Under Operations and Comms guidance, make technical copy updates:
- e.g., updating annual enrolment comms, explaining changes in process, updating rate tables
- Coordinate minor text-based design updates to Canva documents, working with internal design team to meet delivery timelines
- Peer review communications including using the Draftable comparison tool
- On occasion, write first drafts for communications using materials and information provided
- Send emails from Benefits and Wellbeing mailbox
- Help develop communication processes like check lists
- Support Benefits Operations:
- Assist with testing in Workday of benefits enrolments, leaves and time offs
- Create Workday test scenarios
- Monday.com project board maintenance
- Invoice processing and cost centre allocation reporting
- Answer and/or triage queries from Service Now ticketing system
- Conduct benefits enrolment audits between vendors and Workday/internal reporting
- Update and maintain Confluence resource to accurately reflect current processes
- Collate reports and provide statistics to team members as needed
- Conduct desk research for benchmarking data
- Learn and support with operational queries
What You Bring
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Aptitude and interest in developing corporate communications designed to engage and inform.
- Excellent communication skills are vital, along with accuracy and attention to detail, confidentiality, commitment and a willingness to work hard and get the job done.
- Ability to take ownership, keep track, and close out open items.
- Genuine curiosity to learn more about employee benefits, leaves and statutory regulations.
- Capable of analysing, interpreting and presenting data.
- Proactive self-starter with a desire to work within a team and learn internal systems and tools.
- Awareness of own limitations and when to ask for help, coupled with good time management and organizational skills.
