Job Description
Join JPMorgan Chase & Co., a global leader in financial services. As part of our Asset & Wealth Management Division, you'll drive impactful insights within the Global Private Bank, optimizing sales productivity and business strategies.
As an IPB Business Intelligence Team Lead, you will manage an analytics team to shape International Private Bank strategies through data insights. Collaborate with business and sales leadership to drive significant revenue growth.
Job responsibilities

• Foster a data-driven, innovative culture
• Manage an analytics team effectively
• Collaborate with teams to develop a data strategy aligned with growth plans
• Explore data to optimize business and marketing strategies
• Develop measurable targeting models with marketers
• Partner with stakeholders to leverage advanced analytics
• Embed analytic processes in decision-making to improve outcomes

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Relevant experience in managing an analytical team with large datasets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with coding (Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlikview)
• Ability to manage competing priorities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• MBA or degree in a quantitative field preferred
• Experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus
