This is an excellent opportunity to recruit across Capco’s diverse business, spanning Consulting, Domains (including Capital Markets, Banking & Payments, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management), Data, Technology and Product.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of business and technical roles, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver direct hiring across multiple capability areas – from management consulting and business transformation, to engineering, data, architecture and product. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, balancing stakeholder needs with a strong commitment to candidate experience and inclusive hiring.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver full-cycle recruitment across Consulting and Technology disciplines, driving direct hiring across diverse capability areas.
  • Partner with business and technical leaders to understand hiring needs, shape sourcing strategies, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines using creative, inclusive sourcing approaches and market intelligence.
  • Deliver accurate reporting and insights on hiring activity to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a Capco brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and equitable candidate experience throughout every stage of the process.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ recruitment experience, gained in-house, within an agency, RPO/MSP, or through a hybrid background
  • Proven experience recruiting across both business and technology roles, ideally within consulting, financial services, or a comparable environment.
  • Working understanding of at least one technical area (e.g. Software Engineering, Data, Architecture or Product) alongside broader business recruitment (such as for Business Analysts, Project Managers or SME hiring within any of our Domains).
  • Proven success in direct sourcing and delivery at pace in competitive markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive – comfortable managing change and multiple priorities simultaneously.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience hiring for both consulting and technical delivery roles within Financial Services or Technology environments
  • Confidence using recruitment systems, direct sourcing tools, and market-mapping techniques
  • Experience producing and interpreting recruitment metrics and insights
  • A passion for inclusive hiring and continuous process improvement
  • A collaborative, adaptable approach within a dynamic and evolving environment
