This is a permanent full-time hybrid position. While we offer flexibility with office attendance, this role requires some in-office presence and cannot be fully remote.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and innovative communications professional to play a pivotal role in strengthening employee engagement and alignment across our organisation. Reporting to Manager for Global Internal Communications in the CEO Office, you’ll be instrumental in delivering impactful internal communication strategies that reinforce Civica’s culture and objectives.

Working across multiple channels and initiatives, you’ll partner with senior leadership to craft and deliver key messages, manage internal leadership events, and provide change management support during transformative projects.   • Support the development and execution of internal corporate communication strategies.
  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver key messages aligned with Civica’s goals and priorities.
  • Manage the corporate narrative and provide support for leadership communications in multichannel communication efforts, including  newsletters, videos, town halls, vlogs, events, presentations and the intranet.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on event planning and execution, including internal conferences, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with change management communications to support business transformation initiatives, ensuring corporate messages align seamlessly with strategic goals and organisational change.
  • Measure and report on the success of communication strategies, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in corporate communications, ideally in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting clear and engaging messaging.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities to build relationships and manage diverse expectations effectively.
  • Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Adaptability and resilience in navigating ambiguity and supporting transformative change
