Company Description

Ennismore is looking for an Internal Communications Platform Manager to oversee and manage its internal community platform, The Ennismore Lobby. Reporting to the VP of Culture & Corporate Comms, the Internal Comms Platform Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the platform, global communications initatives, as well as working with new hotels and restaurants globally to launch The Lobby to their teams.

Ennismore currently has over 25,000 team members on The Lobby, but is growing by the day. This role will be integral to launching The Lobby across all brands and regions, providing expertise and knowledgeable support to both the People & Culture and Tech teams.

Job Description

What you'll do...

  • Lead and support the launch of The Lobby across our existing and new hotels and restaurants – including training, communications, set-up, admin support and roll-out.
  • Manage The Lobby platform day-to-day, including monitoring user profiles, groups, and fielding requests from the team, submitting support tickets, and working with the Tech team to troubleshoot any issues.
  • Build new bots to support the business objectives, and make changes to existing bots and integrations as requested.
  • Liaise with the various Tech and People teams to provide support and field any questions from the team.
  • Generate new ideas to evolve our use of The Lobby across the business, and roll out new The Lobby features as and when they become available.
  • Support with Ennismore’s global internal comms strategy and implementation, looking at ways to build a global community through communications initiatives.
  • Support the broader team by creating The Lobby “how-to” content to promote features and use, as well as hosting training sessions as needed.

Qualifications

What we're looking for...

  • Experience in using an internal comms platform is highly beneficial
  • Strong IT and Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Extremely organised with high attention to detail - if something is out of place, you’ll spot it!
  • Excellent written skills (spelling and grammar) and strong communication skills
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks, and comfortable taking initiative and thinking outside the box
  • Positive and proactive, comfortable with taking the initiative and thinking outside of the box
  • You’re easy to talk to. If we got stuck in a lift together, we’d have a few laughs.
