Your team Drive employee engagement and organisational alignment through strategic internal communications during a pivotal time of IG Group’s growth. Shape culture, communicate change, and build connections between leadership and employees across IG Group's global operations.Your role in the Team's Success
  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies
  • Create compelling content across multiple channels (email, intranet, video, presentations)
  • Lead town halls, change communications, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Measure effectiveness and optimize based on data and feedback
What you'll do

Strategic Communication

  • Partner with senior leaders to align messaging with business objectives
  • Create communications campaign strategies
  • Lead internal communications for organisational changes and initiatives

Content & Engagement

  • Produce high-quality content for diverse audiences and channels
  • Design and execute employee feedback mechanisms and surveys
  • Coordinate town halls, events, and leadership communications

Measurement & Optimisation

  • Analyse communication effectiveness through metrics and employee feedback
  • Implement new measurement frameworks and KPIs
  • Continuously improve communication approaches based on insights
What you'll need for this role

Experience

  • 5+ years internal/corporate communications in fast-paced, digital organizations
  • Global communications experience preferred
  • Proven track record managing communications during organisational change

Technical Skills

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms
  • Strong presentation design and basic graphic design capabilities
  • Experience with Peakon advantageous

  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
