This role is Hybrid working 2 to 4 days per week in our London City Offices.

Join our Global DXC Marketing & Communications team in a Manager-level role where the focus will be on supporting our Chief Administrative Officer and his team who are responsible for employee and executive communications. This is not a people manager position.

We are looking for a sharp, experienced, innovative, results-oriented professional.

A key part of this job will include building content and messaging to engage, inspire and inform a diverse set of audiences. The person in this role will be a strategic communications partner as the company brings AI technology to all areas of our firm.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to support the organization's objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management on key messaging and brand positioning.
  • Implement internal communication plans to engage employees and align them with company goals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in communications.
  • Utilize modern technology channels used by technologists, who are a key external audience.
  • Be a key collaborator on a global Communications team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in Communications
  • Proficiencies in strategic communication planning and project management
  • Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

  • Strong executive presence with proven ability to establish trusted relationships at the C-suite level
  • Ability to think strategically and drive execution across multiple communications channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Relations (CPR) or Accredited in Public Relations (APR), or relevant work experience in a managerial role is a plus
