Aptia is on a mission to shape the future of pensions, health, and insurance solutions — and we’re looking for a talented UK Internal Communications Lead to help us tell that story from the inside out.

This is a hybrid working role and will be based from our London offices (near Liverpool Street) 3 days a week.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Translate strategy into clear, engaging stories that help colleagues understand what matters and why.
Drive communications for change and transformation, helping teams navigate operational, cultural, and business shifts.
Shape and manage our internal channels — intranet, email, leadership briefings and more.
Create standout content, from articles and toolkits to presentations and leadership messages.
Champion alignment across UK and Group communications.
Elevate our employer brand through meaningful internal storytelling.
Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor on messaging, timing, and engagement.
If this sounds like your ideal next role, this is what we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
Strong experience in internal communications within a complex organisation and experience within PE backed businesses would be an advantage
Confidence leading change communications and advising senior stakeholders
Exceptional writing skills — translating complexity into clear, human, plain English
Channel management experience, balancing day‑to‑day comms with strategic programmes
A collaborative, relationship‑led approach, able to work effectively across cultures and continents
The ability to work at pace with sound judgement and attention to detail
