What you’ll be doing.Working within the HR Department at ZEISS Ltd, we are looking for an Internal Communications Intern to support in delivering effective internal messaging, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and strengthening our organisation’s internal profile. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal communications strategies and practices within a corporate environment.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal communications, including intranet updates, internal social platforms, and internal announcements
  • Support the planning and execution of internal campaigns and staff events.
  • Help maintain the organisation’s intranet and internal communication platforms, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date and engaging.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to gather stories, case studies, and other content for internal sharing.
  • Conduct research on best practices in internal communications and employee engagement and bring fresh ideas to support ongoing projects.
