- Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal communications, including intranet updates, internal social platforms, and internal announcements
- Support the planning and execution of internal campaigns and staff events.
- Help maintain the organisation’s intranet and internal communication platforms, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date and engaging.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to gather stories, case studies, and other content for internal sharing.
- Conduct research on best practices in internal communications and employee engagement and bring fresh ideas to support ongoing projects.
