At Bupa, we’re here for one simple reason – to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives and make a better world. With no shareholders, our customers are our focus. Everything we do is driven by our purpose and values – being brave, caring, and responsible.

As an Internal Communications Executive, you’ll play a key role in helping our 100,000 people across the globe feel connected to our mission. You’ll be part of a passionate, creative team that brings our strategy to life through engaging campaigns and storytelling. This is your chance to help shape how we communicate, inspire, and support our people – and make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of innovative internal communications campaigns that reach a global audience.
  • Create engaging content for our internal platform, Workvivo – including articles, videos, blogs, newsletters, and gifs.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies on high-impact projects.
  • Help plan and deliver live events – from small in-person sessions to large-scale town halls.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Contribute to campaign planning, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to how we communicate internally.
  • Support the wider Internal Communications team with day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about communication and ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be:

  • A confident communicator with strong writing skills and the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences.
  • Creative, curious, and full of ideas – with a flair for storytelling.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Experienced in using internal communication platforms (ideally Workvivo or similar).
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A natural relationship builder who’s persuasive, diplomatic, and enthusiastic.
  • Keen to explore new tools and technologies to improve how we communicate.

Experience in internal communications is ideal, but if you’ve got transferable skills and a passion for people, we’d love to hear from you.

Benefits

Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people. Viva is our global wellbeing programme and includes all aspects of our health – from mental and physical, to financial, social and environmental wellbeing. We support flexible working and have a range of family friendly benefits.

Joining Bupa in this role you will receive the following benefits and more:

  • 25 days holiday, increasing through length of service, with option to buy or sell
  • Hybrid working model
  • Access to our internal learning platform and development opportunities
  • Health insurance and wellness support
  • Discounts on Bupa products and services
