ABOUT THE ROLE

The Internal Communications Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting CHANEL’s people, messages, and moments across the London headquarters. This role supports the creation and delivery of engaging internal communications, ensuring information is clear, timely, and beautifully presented. Working closely with the wider Communications team, the Coordinator helps maintain our digital platforms, streamline global processes, and bring employee events and initiatives to life — all while championing clarity, consistency, and creativity in every message.

                                                                                                                                    

IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

  • Support the housekeeping of our intranet content, helping to manage content, and refresh outdated pages
  • Enable and continuously improve the translation process and mechanics of our global sends of company-wide messaging
  • Maintain and create key communications resources, including process guides, style guide, and other tools
  • Coordinate our internal comms community, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and following up on key actions
  • Support the planning and delivery of events, helping bring internal initiatives to life on the ground
  • Assist with project management for major internal campaigns and events, such as our company-wide town hall – from vendor coordination and venue visits to supporting budgets and timelines

WHAT YOU WILL BRING/HAVE

  • Consistently driven by a commitment to excellence, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
  • Anticipatory and highly self-motivated, while thriving in collaborative environments and contributing meaningfully to team and community goals
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Confidence using content management systems and intranet platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Teams, and ideally Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with project management tools and principles
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in internal communications, including content creation, intranet management, or event support
