As an Internal Communications and Content Specialist, you'll craft engaging internal communications, produce creative content, and boost employee engagement while collaborating with various teams.
About Rezolve Ai:
Rezolve Ai is a global leader in artificial intelligence innovation, transforming how businesses operate, automate, and connect. Our mission is to make AI intuitive, accessible, and powerful — driving real outcomes for organizations worldwide.
We’re ambitious, creative, and fast-moving — a team of innovators who thrive on collaboration and energy. At Rezolve Ai, we combine curiosity, positivity, and momentum to create world-class technology and a workplace people are proud to be part of.
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Internal Communications & Content Specialist to join our team in the London office.
Reporting to the Global Head of Communications, you’ll help craft and deliver compelling stories that connect our global teams, build engagement, and celebrate our culture — both internally and externally.
As part of the Rezolve “hype team”, you’ll play a central role in keeping our people informed, inspired, and energised — while also creating engaging content that showcases the heart of Rezolve Ai across our social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications:
- Support and execute the internal communications strategy in alignment with company goals and culture.
- Write and deliver clear, engaging communications across our channels — newsletters, Slack, town halls, and intranet updates.
Content Creation & Storytelling:
- Develop creative, on-brand content for internal and external use, highlighting our people, technology, and achievements.
- Collaborate with the social media team to turn internal stories into external posts, helping build Rezolve AI’s employer brand.
- Produce short-form content (copy, visuals, or simple video clips) for LinkedIn and other company channels.
Engagement & Culture:
- Partner with Marketing, People, and Leadership to deliver internal campaigns and events that strengthen our community and culture.
- Support live events, leadership communications, and team activations that boost engagement.
Leadership Communications:
- Assist the Global Head of Comms in drafting internal updates, talking points, and executive messages.
Insights & Improvement:
- Measure engagement across channels and share insights to continually refine tone, format, and strategy.

• Socially savvy and visually aware — you understand how story and brand come to life across content types.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in internal communications, content creation, or marketing communications — ideally in a tech or high-growth environment.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a knack for concise and engaging storytelling.
