The Role
Reporting to the Senior Quality and Compliance Manager, the purpose of the role is to administer and coordinate the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the Company’s mature Quality and Security Management System (QSMS) and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), through structured internal audits.
What you will be doing
Support the organisation’s compliance with the requirements of the applicable International Standards, including ISO9001, ISO27001 and ISO22301.
Completion of internal audits and reviews in accordance with the relevant ISO Standards and requirements.
Maintain an annual internal audit schedule ensuring all requirements of the ISO Standards are appropriately reviewed.
Maintain the Company’s Statement of Applicability in accordance with the relevant Standards.
Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of applicable requirements, regulations, legislation, issues, and news with respect to the applicable International Standard, including: ISO9001, ISO27001 and ISO22301.
Manage the organisational and administrative arrangements for regular QSMS and BCMS meetings, including the collation of meeting agendas, supporting papers and preparation of meeting minutes.
Maintain the organisation’s associated Non-Conformance, Recommendations and Actions Logs, ensuring that matters arising from audit non-conformances, actions from QSMS and BCMS Meetings and recommendations for improvement are captured and managed through to resolution in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain the Company’s BCMS Document Catalogue, ensuring that documents are reviewed annually or following significant change, approved and published as required.
Act as point of contact for the Company’s external audit suppliers, responsible for the arrangements for external audit of the ISO standards for which certification is held and SOC audits across the relevant platforms.
Attend and participate in relevant meetings and forums concerning the organisations Management Systems.
Provision of administrative support to ensure that the organisation’s applicable training modules and learning material is current. Request reports on training completion, as necessary.
Support the drafting and cascading of staff communications regarding the organisation’s QSMS and BCMS.
What we are looking for from you
Experience of conducting internal audits in relation to the relevant standards.
An understanding or knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) & ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management) International Standards.
Proven organisational, multitasking and time management skills.
Self-starter who demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude and prepared to support other colleagues to meet the required outcome/task and maintain momentum.
Knowledge of the regulatory regimes in which the business operates;
Strong communication skills and have excellent fluency in spoken and written English.
Competent in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with proficient report writing, minute taking skills.
Experience of working in a Regulated industry, ideally within a Finance, Fintech or Software Development business.
