Our team brings together a range of skills and experience across sector specialisms. Our Business Risk Services (BRS) team, provide clients with support on their internal audit functions, through the provision of tailored, flexible and cost-effective solutions, that provide access to industry best practice methodology, value add insights and subject matter experts.

A look into the role

As an Internal Audit Programme Assurance Manager within our Business Risk Services (BRS) team you will:

  • Provide independent assurance and oversight on the delivery of our client’s key projects and programmes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits across various engagements, identifying areas of risk and recommending improvements.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
  • Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to communicate audit findings and ensure that recommendations are implemented effectively.

Joining us as an Internal Audit Programme Assurance Manager within BRS, the minimum criteria you’ll need is experience in internal audit, with a focus on programme assurance and technology enabled transformation. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and audit methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
