Job Description:

Internal Audit Manager- EMEA

Location: Paddington (UK), Hybrid Working + 25% travel across EMEA

£57,500-£71,00 + bonus + benefits

Join Mars as an Internal Audit Manager and play a key role in delivering our audit strategy across the EMEA region. You’ll lead operational, strategic, and financial audits, support governance initiatives, and act as the primary contact for stakeholders in our Service and Finance teams. This is a high-visibility role where your insights and integrity will help shape business decisions and strengthen controls.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in internal or external audit, or internal/financial control.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
  • Experience working across international markets.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or similar.
  • Experience in FMCG or Big 4 environments. 

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead and perform audits by developing criteria, analysing evidence, and documenting findings.
  • Communicate audit results clearly through written reports and presentations.
  • Identify, document, and support recommendations for business improvements.
  • Follow up on remediation of audit findings and support issue resolution.
  • Support internal audit initiatives, including the use of data analytics.
  • Represent Internal Audit in key finance communities to share best practices.
