We’re an award winning, high performing and forward-thinking team. We foster a culture of collaboration and connectivity, leveraging our strengths to provide a superior experience for everyone involved in the end-to-end audit journey.

Alongside this, you’ll be studying for a professional auditing qualification through the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

Over the course of the programme, you’ll complete several rotations within and across the GIA team which will provide exposure of auditing a wide range of topics and areas across our UK Insurance and Healthcare Provision businesses, as well as Group functions in Bupa’s Head Office.

What’s more, everything you’ll do is underpinned by a comprehensive learning and development programme. You’ll develop essential skills such as self-awareness, effective working, communication, team working, influencing and leadership, as well as critical business skills like project management, data analytics, commercial awareness and business acumen. And with support from your line manager, our Early Careers Manager, skills coaches, buddies and peers, you’ll be encouraged, and challenged, to discover your true potential.

All of this will help you shape your own career and set you on the path to become a valued business leader. At the end of the three-year programme, your transferrable skills and knowledge will make you well placed to secure your next role within GIA, or across Bupa’s businesses, and continue your career journey at Bupa.
